  We have used the departure lounge twice now and cannot recommend them highly enough. They provide all the required services to a high standard plus add on some lovely touches like a welcome home card. So thank you Lauren for organising our Palm Cove holiday. Everything was perfect from our first chat to our arrival home. ☉☺

  I must say Lauren and the team at The Departure Lounge have always been a pleasure to deal with. This is the fourth year I’ve booked our family cruise as its important for us to organise a quality holiday we’ll all enjoy. Sandra had our booking all sorted within hours, including flights, transfers and travel insurance. My partner and I feel comfortable with The Departure Lounge booking all aspects of our trip in advance to avoid any hassles. We always love the little extras you do for us too.   We have used The Departure Lounge for many holidays over the past few years and has always been very easy to deal with them, ask heaps of questions, make changes. they are extremely patient and nothing is ever too much trouble.   We always use The Departure Lounge to book our holidays. The last one was a South Pacific Cruise with Royal Caribbean. Lauren and the team are so knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble (even if you need to make changes). Would highly recommend
