  Excellent customer service. Friendly and solved my enquiries about my connection and usage. Informed me about future upgrades and benefits. July 2017 upgraded to a new mobile. Highly recommend a quick visit to this Telstra Shop that displays whats' new in telecommunications for home and businesses.

  Have been with telstra over 20 years and never experienced such poor service. They washed their hands of the issue after their representative left the business. BE VERY CLEAR IN WHAT THEY TELL YOU!

  1 week on and my Google Home is quite funny and very useful. Once I increase my additional accessories, like more cameras, lighting and power switches with my Telstra Smat Home Hub, it will make things so much easier

  You get Telstra shops, that offer average service and then you get Telstra in Eden Rise Shopping Centre!! This shop offers FANTASTIC service.

  I went to Telstra Berwick shop to switch to NBN service today and was so impressed with the service of the staff. Rod was extremely helpful ,considerate and professional. His service was second to none. Another staff Monie (sorry if I spell the name wrongly ) is very nice too. Thank you for giving me such an excellent experience in changing the service, and please keep up the good work!

  Eden Rise Telstra shop has fantastic knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. There are no long delays or queues with most visits just being able to walk straight in and get served, unlike some other stores. I highly recommend them.
