  I’ve known Patrick for over 6 years and have now sold two houses with him. He is always professional and of all the agents I have known, he is the most genuine and works the hardest to get you the best price for your home. He keeps you well informed with all matters and answers all your questions in a thorough and friendly manner. He has an amazing report with people and his team at century 21 are awesome too. Just before the start of my auction and before he officially addressed the crowd, Patrick chatted to us privately, asking if there were any other final thoughts or queries. We had none because Patrick had thoroughly answered our 1001 questions before and through out the marketing campaign! We put our full trust in the process because we put our full trust in Patrick. We are VERY happy with the outcome. He even organised a coffee van to make complimentary coffee and slushies for everyone (with the slushies being a welcome sight on such a hot day!) I would wholeheartedly recommend Patrick and his team if you wish to sell or buy a home. Patrick is hardworking and is a pleasure to know. I can’t recommend him enough.
