  Most of the staff are rude, don't know much and get annoyed when you ask a question. Poor customer service, lazy and don't want to be there.

  I arrive before 5pm to find the premises in darkness and two staff members standing at the counter ignoring myself and another man waiting at the door.

  I urge all customers to REPORT rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff at Berwick Post Office. Please call Auspost on 137678. An Area Manger will investigate your complaint and the staff will be subjected to disciplinary action. I have witnessed staff being rude to pensioner's, hearing impaired and certain nationalities. Disgraceful. Enough is enough!

  Went there to get photo taken and to apply for passport, both ladies I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful(August).

  I was told by a Aus post representative that I was able to pick up a parcel which was express posted from NSW to Berwick just before closing at 5pm.

  The clock soon ticked over to 5pm and the staff turned off the lights and left the counter, the man and I still standing at the door waving.

  definitely need to improve on address accuracy! found out a week later after express post delivery that my item was delivered to someone else the day after i ordered it. how lovely! paid an extra $10 for nothing.
