  One of our favourite parks in the south east. Beautiful scenery, clean and pleasant. From trees to lakes and amphitheatre. Great place to take dogs for a walk. There's a bird viewing area for bird enthusiasts. There's a challenging/hilly route or an easy/flat route you can take too. There's also a playground, great for kids party. Highly recommended.

  You can also take a book and relax in front of the lake or there are lounde chairs available near the duck pond. Plenty of parking available

  Beautiful garden down this end of town. Great place for a picnic or a wedding or even a photoshoot. The lake is full or turtles and the whole park has a lot of bird life so great for bird watchers! I usually get a juice and a book and just relax here for a bit.

  Open everyday from dawn until dusk this is a beautiful botanic park with great lookouts (on a clear day you can see the city skyline). Safe and relaxing with restrooms in two locations throughout the park, this is a great spot to take your dog for a walk (on a lead) or take your children to play (duck pond and surrounds).

  It is lovely place for picnic or small events. We booked one shelter there to celebrate my daughter's 7th birthday. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us to take everything to the shelter. Each shelter has electric plate BBQ. We couldn't cook some of our stuff as BBQ doesn't have grill. Otherwise it was a great experience.

  A place of tranquility, surrounded with trees, shrubs and flowers. Great place for scenic walks, picnics, BBQs or just to absorb in the nature. Public toilets available in the park. There is an Oval where you can play ball games and a park for the kids to play in. It's one of our favourite local places to go. I love taking my kids for a walk around the big lake where they love spotting out the ducks and turtles. There is parking available which can sometimes be hard to get a spot on busy days.
