  I took a watch there to get fixed that had sentimental value. Price wasn't a concern, I simply wanted it fixed. To my surprise, and obviously my disappointment, it turns out that at some point, a repair had previously been done (so badly in fact, that their own watchmaker did not want to touch it). Fair enough! How was I supposed to know though? Am I a watchmaker!? No! Did I appreciate your arrogant tone and the way you made me feel like an idiot because the watch could no be fixed? No! Did you need to be a smart arse about the fact you already called my wife to tell her the same thing, when I politely told you I hadn't spoken to her? No! Will I ever be coming back to your shop? No! Learn some customer service skills! After all, they make up 90%+ of your actual job description so it surely can't be that difficult.

  Went in a few weeks ago to get a quote about getting my ring resized and check what size I was. The people were helpful and extremely honest, was told the ring I had was poorly made and resizing would ruin its structual integrity. He took the time to inspect my ring and explained how the claws were no good even though I had purchased ring from elsewhere. Thank you so much, really appreciated your professional opinion and how honest you were.
