I am frustrated that anyone could be treated like this, and not cared for; even with such horrible injuries!

After getting a bed, they only let her sleep for 2 hours before again asking her to leave. In which she eventually gave up at 6am and went home in immense pain, in a wheelchair.

It is very hard to understand why the new St John of God Hospital does not offer dialysis! Casey & Cranbourne are both full have their full and there is a long waiting list to get into them.. I live in Berwick & go to Box Hill for dialysis, which takes 2 hours in peak traffic. We desperately need more dialysis units in Casey!

I had a day case admission for a small ENT procedure. All the admitting and theatre staff were fabulous but when it came to the day surgery area after I got dressed no one told me the procedure/process, one nurse seemed to be caring about her over-time then anything else and sorry to say I found them a little hostile, (not all of them) then another one did my BP and started to lecture me on seeing a GP. Durrr read my notes and you might learn something. Anyway I was glad to get out. ...oh I had to be there 9am and they took me down about 10.20am only to sit and wait and come back to the waiting area again to do the children first. I didn't mind but it was a bit disorganised. I didn't go down to theatre in the end until 11something glad i had Netflix on my iPhone. They offered me custard... mmm I"m a vegan or Jelly... no thanks i'll have my vegetable shake I brought in. What is the point of saying you're a vegan on paper work if they offer you custard? This is a private hospital!

Once she disagreed because of her pain and the time, they told her there was no bed, and made her sleep in the isle of serveal hours, in which they continued to tell her to go home.

I found this hospital unprofessional and unorganised. After waiting hours in a chair, with a possible spinal cord injury after an accident. My mother was transferred to another hospital to run an MRI on her spine. Then transferred back to Berwick Casey, and told to go home at 1am in the morning.
