  The venue is a great asset to locals wanting to improve their health and well-being. Having classes available, definitely a bonus for this gym. I believe that there is a childcare room there, not sure what times are available.

  Dodgy contracts. Contract started in May for 12 months. You'd expect 12 months from the commencement date that your contract would end, and you'd be able to cancel, with a months notice. Nope, because I was offered 3 months free, my so called commencement date means nothing and I've committed to 12 months of payments from August.. how ridiculous. Do not sign up, do not be tricked into a "special offer"!!!

  The PT instructors show true professionalism and would highly recommend any of them! The staff and most members are always friendly and courteous.

  The recent football jumper day, looked awesome within the venue. 24 hour access and close to the main Township of Berwick.

  Beware, dishonest corporation. Contracts set up in a way to scam customers. Told them up front that I wanted to join the gym temporarily and would leave anytime. The rep advertised their contract as a week to week contract which I paid a high premium for, went and cancel the contract few months later and was told that I need to give a 30 days notice for my week to week contract and proceed to charge me a cancellation fee for the full 30 days. A gym that falsely advertises their program and punishes loyal customers that pays on time is not a gym worth joining.

  Definitely up the anti here in the past few weeks. A more happy vibe. Unfortunately I can't give a 6 star. There maybe things that might not seem right, just being more open minded and positive always helps when turning up to do your workout.
