  Blunt, unsympathetic and kind of rude.radiologist shut the door in my face when I walked towards her thinking my baby's name was called .( I don't think I was mistaken)

  I needed an urgent ultrasound for deep vein thrombocytosis (which can be life threatening). They made me wait hours and couldn't give me an ETA for when I would be seen. They said only those with an appointment would be seen first but didn't give me the opportunity to make an appointment. Disgusting treatment.

  It's never nice having to get scans, the same as most things when you are unwell. I found the medical staff to be efficient in getting what was needed done as quickly as possible. The reception was nice enough and helpful.
