  For tyre puncture repairs, they took my details and then told me it can't be done until tomorrow. I asked them to replace tyre and I can leave tyre behind. They said they can't do it. I called road side assistance and gave them tyre.

  They don't accept your own oil even though it's sealed and recommended by the manufacturer. When I said that my manufacturer service accepted my own oil at the last two services he called me a liar. I will never go there in the future. Not recommended.

  Toby and his team at KTAS Berwick South are fantastic. I work in the shopping centre so very easy to drop the car off - and have used them from servicing, to new tyre purchases and alignment/balancing. A couple of times when the repair work has been very minor and quick to fix - they have done it for free . Just today I saw a great big nail in a tyre and dropped it off for a puncture repair. The nail had not actually punctured tyre, so they tested the tyre and put it back on the car and packed away the spare at no charge. Always friendly and helpful - cannot recomment highly enough.
