  I don’t normally leave feed back but on this occasion I will make an exception. I have to say big thank you to Berwick Mitsubishi and to Berwick Volvo. These guys are true professionals and understand the concept of customer service and making the customer the centre of what they do.The Jeep Grand Cherokee first off is stunning. You made the process so easy and stress free it’s remarkable . The videos are fantastic. It Really makes the person buying the car feel special. The way the car was presented on the shop floor-Beautiful-So thank you once again. No doubt when’s it’s time to upgrade.. I’ll be heading back down to Berwick Mitsubishi/Berwick Volvo . To Steven S . Your a good man and thanks for the help..

They were extremely helpful and would be ready to help you out whenever you needed. They made sure that everything suited my needs and went above and beyond in there customer service.   There are not enough nice things to say about Mitsubishi Berwick. They truly go above and beyond what you expect from a car dealership. As soon as you walk in the front door, you get warm fuzzes. I loved it when we finally got to pick up our car that their was a big pink ribbon sitting on top of it. The staff are wonderful. They really want to find the right car for you. Give them ago, you won't regret it.

  I found the sale of the car to be quite friendly and the application process was easy. The people were friendly when I came in to pick up the car but once you drive it off the lot the service ends. I needed something for the car 3 days later and after 4 phone calls and the Mitsubishi two-step they finally phoned me back at the end of the day to tell me they would "see what they could do" . At 3 pm the following day they let me know they could not, which really means they would not, do anything for me. I would rate their customer service but there isn't one to rate. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  I would like to thank the team at Berwick Mitsubishi, especially Matthew Bailey, for their (and his) outstanding customer service when we recently purchased a second hand car from them. From the moment we contacted them about the car they were attentive and informative. What really impressed us was how they went out of their way to bring the car to us to view. They also fixed a few extras with the car free of charge which we were grateful for. The whole process was very simple and quick. Overall an brilliant experience and we would recommend Berwick Mitsubishi to anyone looking to buy a car.
